People spend a lot of time and money working to improve skills they are only marginally good at or can only improve so much.
It makes zero sense.
What if we encouraged our employees and teammates to focus on what they are actually good at?
A good leader helps her/his teammates improve on the things they are good at – play to their strengths.
Encourage your teammates to use “Strength Finders” or another tool to gain clarity on what they are good at… then as leaders let’s help them play to those skills.
